Slides have been automatically converted into html from the PostScript printed file, using Webify. Slides written with PowerPoint needs to be converted to a PostScript file, using a very simple PostScript driver (I suggest something like driver for Apple Laser Writer Plus), and selecting a "PostScript Output Format optimized for portability (ADSC)", else GhostScript is having trouble with the bitmap images used for PowerPoint background.
